Question and Answer With Former Liberty HS Cross Country and Track Coach Bobby Ward
Recently the Carroll County Times caught up with Bobby Ward, former cross country and track coach at Liberty High School and still a prominent figure in the Carroll County running scene, to talk about his role over the years in his local community.
Ward, who graduated from Liberty High School, has done much more than coach for 12 years at his alma mater. He help found the Eldersburg Rogue Runners, a running club based in the heart of Carroll County. Ward also created the website CarrollCountyRunning.com, which archives results from high school cross country and track and field meets.
